EV Sportfischer Gaeste Haus is quiet, peaceful and restful. You can unwind at our spacious dining area with high ceilings and you'll be welcomed by the Terrace sun as it pours through the large windows. Rooms are affordable prices. Smoking and non-smoking areas are available. In the evening, enjoy the togetherness of friends with beer and fishing stories and experiences. Good food is also prepared and served in the dining area. Our guest house will be an outdoor adventure base for travellers of all ages!
Our services with no extra cost includes use of freezer and kitchen, organizing of the following: car rentals, riverboat fishing, Ocean tours for Salmon and Halibut and sight seeing daytrips. We provide personalized assistance in shopping the right fishing gear and licenses, tips on fishing sites, bar-b-que picnic area on property and much more.
The following are with extra cost: guiding in fishing areas, car rental, inflatable drift boats, fishing gears, licenses and flyfishing and flytying lessons, riverboat fishing, Ocean tours and sight seeing fees plus other activities.
For Best Fishing Season:
Spring Salmon - middle of June to 6th of August
Chum Salmon - 10th of July to 15th of August
Sockeye Salmon - 1st to 20th of August
Pink Salmon - August and September
Coho Salmon - 25th of August to 15th of October
Steelhead - April to 10th of May and August to November
Cuthroat trout and Dollyvarden are available to fish
Other Activities: Golf, tennis on nearby courts, hiking, rock climbing, helicopter trips, hot pools, excellent sight seeing trips to historical places-the famous Mountain Glaciers at Hyder, Alaska, nearby villages- Nisga'a Memorial Lava Bed and many more.
Also, guest phones, internet access, TV and VCR, free Terrace Map and multilingual friendly staff with excellent hospitality are always available.
